Katrina is our events director and all-round organisation queen! Her vast experience in the catering and events industry over the past sixteen years has seen her manage anything from small intimate parties to functions of over 300 guests.
She leads the waiting team with an infectious enthusiasm that ensures our service is second to none and always with a smile.
Katrina is an accomplished cook in her own right and loves to get in the kitchen..
Beginning his career at the Raddison Edwardian in Berkshire at the age of 16, Danny was formally trained at Ealing Thames Valley University where he earnt his NVQ level 2 in Hospitality and Catering.
Danny has been cooking for 18 years and has worked his way up from a commis chef to head chef in a variety of well established hotels and restaurants including Acorn House, the Firmdale Hotel group, private members club Front Line and Charlotte’s Bistro.
Running the kitchen at Corney and Barrow in Mansion House, Danny then decided to move into event catering working for the well renowned Alice Price and Eat to the Beat before joining the Sojo Kitchen team in November 2014.
Our kitchen team is supported by our chef, Chris, whose first class culinary background includes working under Andre Garrett at Cliveden House.
Formally trained at the prestigious Westminster Kingsway College in London, Chris developed his skills at noted gastro-pub, The Royal Oak in Marlow, before working abroad in France and New Zealand.
Chris has knowledge of a wide range of cuisines including Spanish, Modern European and Asian, all of which influence the bespoke menus he designs for our clients.
Becky is our go to girl with ten years experience in the hospitality industry including several ski seasons in the Alps. Here she ran a luxury ski chalet providing delicious cordon bleu meals and all home comforts for 32 pampered guests.
An all-round valued member of the team, Becky is equally adept in the culinary arts as she is managing events. Her friendly and caring manner makes her a favourite with our clients.
